We do have a building. We love the location. We believe in what it can become. Yes, it needs work. But we are willing to do the work.

Every meaningful project starts with a step of faith. For us, that step is restoring this space so it can properly honor the rich African American history of Southeast Kentucky. These stories deserve a permanent home, and we are committed to creating one.

Right now, what we need most is prayer as we take on this responsibility. We also need financial support. Renovation takes resources, and that is why we are officially launching our Building the Legacy Capital Campaign.
